Question by notchristina: Is there a multivitamin that does not contain synthetics or isolated vitamins?
I’m looking for a multivitamin derived from whole foods only. Is there such a thing? I’m tired of all the products that claim “natural” and “whole foods” that still contain synthetic and/or isolated vitamins and minerals. Please help!

Absolutely. It is called “food.” Eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and you won’t need to waste money on a multivitamin.

For Adult only, multivitamin and multimineral you still have to eat food while taking these over the counter pills and go to your near by drug stores for your answers.

Nutrilite, the #1 global brand of vitamins and food supplements, manufactures the best multivitamin because it created the very first multivitamin (1934). Nutrilite owns its own certified organic farms all over the world and controls the entire process, from seed to tablet. The premium multivitamin it offers is Double X, while it also offers Daily Multivitamin/Multimineral (more affordable, one-a-day tablet). Double X is endorsed by many Olympic athletes, including Asafa Powell, the world’s fastest man (100-meter sprint in less than 10 seconds). Double X is only available online through independent business owners. Satisfaction guarantee–you can return it within 6 months of purchase, even if opened or used.
I use the Double X and love it. Try it for 30 days, then stop for 30 days…you’ll notice the difference in energy levels and food cravings…then you’d want to get back on it, for good!

I remembered seeing your questions earlier today and while searching for another site, this one popped up saying 100% whole food vitamins – MegaFood Vitamins. Just thought i’d pass it along! never tried it, so I can’t vouch for anything, but it caught my eye and looked pretty cool!
