Question by NorthDakotaSweetie: Flabby Abbs..[yuck]?
I have just gained 10lbs from the winter weather being to cold for me to go out and run every day like i normally do, so i decided to take some action. i am going on the “special K” diet. ” lose 6 lbs in 2 weeks. ” you have to eat the ceral for breakfast and lunch and then just eat a normal dinner. im going to do this and also take a multi vitamin and do tons of sit ups. when you lose extra fat on your belly, DOES THE SKIN HANG LOOSE THERE? also, does my diet seem like a good idea?
Yeah ive heard it does work and ive heard it doesnt. (the diet) but it seems like the easiest way to go bc i am super busy right now and cant drive yet so i cant really go to the gym without a ride.. so is it at least worth a shot?

Answer by svs_g I don’t know, you certainly couldn’t eat cereal for lunch and dinner for too long. I don’t think you’d be getting your vitamins in, even with a multi-vitamin. I would try to diversify with the situps, make sure you do some cardio, yes running there may be an indor track near where you live, or you could power walk through a mall or Walmart. I would also do the bicycle and the scissors in addition to sit ups. You can do it!!!
