I’m 29 and I don’t have bad joints or anything, but recently I started taking tablets because my mom suffers from Arthritis and she takes them too and I want to prevent it. Would it still benefit me to continue taking it despite having healthy joints?

Answer by Crazy ladies late night snackin! If you compare ingredients and they are the same, you really can’t go wrong with the cheapest bottle. But I usually take Good ‘n Natural.

Answer by Nikki T Your vet can prescribe glucosamine and chondroitin for your dog, at about the same cost as the human version. I am not sure if the dosage is the same for dogs as it is for humans.
Always check with your vet, do not give any meds meant for people unless s/he says its ok.

This article says it is safe – but I would hesitate to take anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary during pregnancy.
